My name is Dirk Meeuws, Product Manager, and I joined the Mysolution family in May 2021. I haven’t regretted it for a second! After studying Aerospace Engineering at Delft University of Technology, I started my career at OnRecruit, a company that helps recruitment firms leverage their recruitment data. This aligns perfectly with Mysolution’s goal to enhance its capabilities in this area.
The acquisition of OnRecruit allows Mysolution to further develop its expertise in transforming data from various applications into actionable insights. This realization supports the dream of staffing and recruitment teams to operate in a data-driven manner.

Within Mysolution, I focus on the question “What products and functionalities should we develop to become and remain the market leader in recruitment software?” This question encapsulates my interests perfectly! I’m curious about what’s possible and what the market demands, I embrace the adventure of achieving and maintaining market leadership, collaborate with a smart and hands-on group of people, and engage with technology.
The familial atmosphere
What I enjoy most about Mysolution as an organization is the familial atmosphere. We were welcomed incredibly well and warmly when OnRecruit joined. We immediately felt at home. But don’t be mistaken, alongside this, there is also a strong focus on developing our product and serving our customers diligently.
Everyone is willing to help.
The biggest challenge I encountered at Mysolution is the breadth of services and products we deliver. We assist recruitment companies across the entire spectrum, from managing candidates in recruitment applications to processing payroll for temporary workers. Coming from OnRecruit, I had some knowledge of the recruitment aspect but lacked experience in the financial and administrative aspects of recruitment. Fortunately, within Mysolution, there are ample opportunities to fill those knowledge gaps. Everyone is willing to help, and we regularly organize internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
