From the first introduction, I felt immediately welcome here.
My name is Jeremy van der Plaat and working since October 2018 in the role of recruiter at Mysolution. After completing my studies in Personnel and Organization, I ended up in recruitment and selection and have never let go of this beautiful profession.
Very traditionally, I came in contact with Mysolution through a vacancy on LinkedIn and from the first meeting I felt immediately welcome here. A growing ICT company that needs great capacity in a tight labor market, any recruiter would see this as a challenge!
Recruiting forty new colleagues
In my approach, I strive to approach all potential colleagues personally. I make sure I am approachable, listen carefully to someone’s ambitions and also help give my interviewers insights into what their possible options could be at Mysolution.
My biggest challenge of the past year was certainly the goal of getting 40 new employees enthusiastic to choose our company. For me it’s very nice to see so many new people having a positive impact on our company culture and our further growth ambitions.
Close to “the heart” of the organization
As a recruiter within an SME, I see the opportunity to be able to be close to “the heart” of the organization. You have to be a go-getter and not want to give up. After all, there is a lid for every pot. Stay in touch with your network and occasionally give them something to share about what you are doing.
My next step within Mysolution cannot yet be described. Whereas Mysolution is developing rapidly and I have only just got going, I am still desperately needed in my current role and I can still have a blast.
Working here for and with each other
I work at Mysolution because I like the atmosphere, the size of the company and the ambitions and drive of the employees and management. We have a no-nonsense culture that gives each individual room to do fun things and be themselves within their job. We work here not only for each other but also together on beautiful software products.
