The first month was incredibly valuable and educational
My name is Marieke van Dijk, 24 years old, and I work as an implementation consultant in the mid- and back-office team. I would like to share my experiences of the past months as a Young Professional at Mysolution with you.
On September 4, 2023, I started as a Young Professional at Mysolution. Together with other Young Professionals from the front- and mid-office team, I attended intensive trainings on all aspects of the role of implementation consultant. In addition to these trainings, I worked with four other Young Professionals on a fictitious project, where colleagues took on the role of customers. Our task was to successfully implement this implementation. In the beginning it was overwhelming and we had a lot of information to process, but it was incredibly valuable and educational. This fictional project and the training sessions contributed immensely to my knowledge as an implementation consultant.
You are not alone because you start with other Young Professionals
It can be quite exciting to start as the only new employee at a company. But by participating in the Young Professional Program at Mysolution from day 1, you will work with your colleagues and not be alone. You will embark on this adventure together with other Young Professionals who are in the same boat as you. Moreover, you can always count on support and advice from your supervisor and other colleagues. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
