The application process.

At our company, the application process consists of one or more interviews. This allows you to get to know Mysolution and meet several potential new colleagues.

Job application.

The first step is to submit your job application and a cover letter through our website. You will receive a response from us within a few days.

Initial meeting.

When your profile matches our expectations, we will invite you for an introduction. This will be a meeting of up to 1 hour with our recruiter. During this conversation, you will learn all about the position, discuss your ambitions and achievements, and together we will assess whether the role and Mysolution are a good fit for you.

Second interview.

If the connection between you and us is good, we will invite you for a second interview at our office. During this interview, you will meet your direct supervisor. You will discuss your ambitions and why you believe Mysolution is the right fit for you.

Third interview.

In some cases, the management may also want to meet you beforehand. In that case, a third interview will follow. This, of course, depends on the position.

If you are applying for a trainee role, we would like you to complete a work assignment during this interview or review it together with your future supervisor.

Decision.

If after these interviews it’s a perfect match, we will make a contract proposal. We are naturally very curious about your response to this. If you say ‘YES’, then together we will strive for ‘A greater job for everyone’.
