As a Software Implementation Consultant at Mysolution Group, you are responsible for the successful implementation of software solutions for our clients. You translate the specific needs of the client into efficient software solutions and ensure seamless integration into their business processes. You work independently on your projects but are part of a close-knit team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key.
Our challenges
In this role, you are not only responsible for implementing the software solution but also for optimizing the process for the client. Your tasks include:
- Kick-off and project guidance: Together with the implementation team, you ensure a strong start for each project and keep the client engaged and enthusiastic throughout the process.
- Mapping business processes: You analyze the client's current processes and translate them into an optimal configuration of our software.
- Functional designs: You create functional designs for complex challenges, which our developers further refine into technical solutions.
- User engagement: You guide future users through the process, motivate them, and ensure they can successfully adopt our solution.
- Process optimization and product improvement: Through close contact with clients, you actively contribute to the development of our software and the enhancement of customer processes.
- Communication at multiple levels: You seamlessly interact at business, user, and internal levels, depending on the situation.
What we offer
💰 Salary between €3,500 – €5,500, depending on experience.
