Hi, my name is Max and I live in the center of Utrecht. In September 2023 I started Mysolution’s Young Professional Program to become an IT implementation consultant. For me, this was a leap of faith after I finished the ‘Hogere Hotelschool’, one I fortunately never regretted for a moment.
The first month was marked by many training sessions to teach me consulting skills and, of course, the introduction to Mysolution’s Business Central and Salesforce-based technology applications. I was able to immediately put the knowledge I gained in these trainings into practice. At the very start, my group of Young Professionals was tasked with completing a simulation of the implementation process within a month. This was a very fun and educational period in which we were prepared for the real thing. We concluded this month by presenting our implementation to a group of experienced consultants, who were very impressed with what we had learned in a month. We were given the rest of the day off and a sum of money to do something fun together.
You also get to know many people within the organization immediately
The colleagues working at Mysolution are all very helpful and genuinely interested, this makes it easy to ask questions and thus learn more and more about our product. In addition, it is very nice to start with a group of Young Professionals, this immediately creates a strong bond with each other. This helps tremendously to tackle daily issues with each other.
Certifications are plentiful. For example, in the areas of Salesforce and Microsoft Business Central
The nice thing about working for Mysolution is that you come into contact with many different client organizations, all of which have their own processes. This way, you learn a lot about another organization’s business and can also contribute to improving their processes. Besides this work, Mysolution also makes time every week for training and it is possible to obtain certifications for Salesforce and Business Central.
