Sustainable
work environment
A healthy and sustainable work environment is essential to the well-being and productivity of our employees. At Mysolution, we strive to incorporate environmentally friendly practices into our workplace.

Environment &
sustainability
We have an active practice regarding environment and sustainability. All waste is separated, waste locations are provided with separated can, paper, plastic and rest. A healthy communal lunch is bought large and offered daily to avoid individual (unhealthy) snacks and small packages.
Car &
Public Transportation
We see train travel as an environmentally friendly alternative to air travel to our locations abroad. Public transport costs are fully reimbursed, with the option of an NS Business Card. Electric driving is rewarded in our lease regulations. If the employee chooses a fully electric car, the lease budget is increased and the construction of a home charging facility is reimbursed. We also facilitate charging stations at our building so that employees can easily charge their electric cars during working hours.
Cycling plan for
health and well-being
In 2023, we introduced our bicycle plan where we encourage employees in their health and well-being. The lease bike and any lease car can be used side by side, this makes it more interesting to bike to work several days a week.
Hardware Supplier: Dell
Our hardware supplier is Dell. Dell has an active policy on sustainable and circular products, seen in their “FY22 Environmental, Social and Governance Report.” Products are packaged in sustainable materials, in line with its goals. By 2030, 100% recycled or renewable materials will be used in all packaging and it will be collected separately. Our workstations and materials stay in circulation longer through repair, refurbishment and reuse. Hardware is recycled by Dell after depreciation and (partially) repurposed.

Our FAFS plan and RI&E have been implemented. Mysolution has an active practice regarding health and safety. We offer our employees various benefits in this area, such as a leased bicycle, a (partial) reimbursement for monitor glasses, the possibility of a workstation, ergonomic workstations with sit-stand desks in the office, additional leave days and the possibility to buy additional leave days. We also encourage a healthy lifestyle with joint sports activities during working hours and the provision of healthy food in the office.

collaboration
Mysolution and Zeta Alpha are joining forces! Through our collaboration, we combine Mysolution’s expertise in recruitment software with Zeta Alpha’s advanced AI technology. Together we develop innovative solutions that help recruiters find and match talent smarter and more efficiently.
We also jointly run an AI lab at the University of Amsterdam, where we research the latest developments in AI and machine learning for recruitment. Students from the university get the chance to work with us as working students or graduate on challenging AI-related projects. In this way, we offer talent the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to innovative developments in recruitment technology.
