Optimizing work processes at clients in the flexible labor market, that is what Niek Overbeeke, CCO at Mysolution prefers to do.

Niek Overbeeke has enjoyed working at Mysolution for many years now and is still learning a lot. Niek tries to understand complex processes for the client, simplify them and translate them into a solution from Mysolution. “Although we have a standard solution, together with colleagues I am always looking for the solution that best fits the client’s process.”

Always wanting to exceed customer expectations

Each new implementation brings new improvements. “Sometimes you think the application is developed out. Yet there are always new optimizations. For example, in the past period we have again implemented a number of important improvements in being able to properly support hirer compensation. Think of periodic awarding or client-specific deviations from a hirer’s collective bargaining agreement. “My goal is always to exceed customer expectations. That this is not a theory is evident from a compliment I recently received: when we have a certain requirement, you always come up with something better.”

A good implementation requires not only industry knowledge but also a good relationship with the customer. Niek: “After all, you are looking into the kitchen for a certain period of time. That is why I am happy with the trust I get every day.”
