Two worlds came together for me – Occupational Psychology and my affinity for IT
Hi, my name is Wouter, I am 26 years old. From September 2023 I started the Young professional program of ‘IT implementation consultant’ at Mysolution. After studying Applied Psychology, I started looking for a career start in which I could combine my knowledge of occupational psychology with my affinity for IT. This search ended after a good conversation at Mysolution.
In the first month from knowledge to practice
Together with five other Young Professionals, I began preparing a pilot implementation in September, right from the start. Guided by experienced colleagues, in that first month we went through an implementation process for a fictitious client. We also received a lot of training on the various applications of Mysolution. The combination of the training sessions and the fictitious implementation allowed me to immediately apply the knowledge I had gained in practice. Without good cooperation, this challenge would have been even greater. This gave me a lot of fun and immediately led to a close mutual bond. At the end of the first month, the pilot implementation was therefore festively concluded during a dinner with the other Young Professionals.

Then, after September, we could really start working. We were warmly welcomed into a friendly team where people are committed and always open to questions. For me, the nice thing about working at Mysolution, besides working together, is the contact with clients. This brings you into contact with many different companies, which makes the work dynamic. In addition, there is always something to learn at Mysolution. For example, I was given the opportunity to obtain Salesforce certifications. There are also many interesting training opportunities on application knowledge, industry knowledge and consulting skills.
In short, Mysolution offers me a fun work environment where I will be able to develop myself in many areas!
